Dear Lord, we humbly ask for the Light in our soul
To protect us from the evil one
Lord, Jesus, we ask for the Light in our heart
To know your love
Lord, Jesus Christ, we ask for the Light in our mind
To understand and pass along your word
Lord, Jesus Christ Almighty, we ask for the Light in our hands
To heal and care for others
Lord, Jesus Christ Almighty of the Heavens,

we ask for the Light in our feet
To guide us toward your eternal love
We ask this in Jesus’ name
